Dennis Patchakos ~ Managing Director
Mr. Patchakos is Managing Director of Linden Development’s Project Services group leading the practice. In this capacity he is responsible for managing programs for clients across multiple locations.
Dennis brings over 40 years of commercial construction experience and project management expertise. He specializes in the planning and execution of numerous developments and assists clients in the entire project development process from early strategic planning through completion and opening. He has a proven track record for assembling and directing project teams for complex projects and national programs. Developments have included large complex multimillion dollar projects in renovation and ground-up developments; hospitality, multifamily, restaurants; K-12 through higher education; and multi-tenant national retail programs. He has coordinated all facets of preconstruction and field operations including site and project team selection; program development and analysis; budgeting; design management; construction planning; construction feasibility; procurement and contracting; construction management and oversight; contract management; process improvement; value engineering; negotiation; scheduling; bidding; cost management and forecasting; and opening.
Erica Cogswell - Project Team Lead
Erica is a dynamic, growth-oriented leader with a history of organizing, developing and executing successful projects. Erica is seasoned with over 15 years experience with design-build, renovation and ground up projects in national multiple site programs for some of the most recognized brands in the US. Her proactive management and organizational skills, along with a collaborative approach, allow her to strategically lead while creating a positive, team-oriented environment. Erica has a proven record in construction management, owners' representation, brand stewardship, cost management, estimation, operations, strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, marketing, service integration and training. Erica runs a tight ship and knows how to get others to perform to their highest ability. Erica raises the bar when it comes to enforcing brand standards as she prides herself on ensuring the client’s dreams are realized to their fullest potential.
Frank Anderson - Southern Project Lead
Frank is an accomplished Program Manager with 12+ years of experience in Commercial Project Management and Tenant Improvement across the Southern United States. He excels in delivering complex projects, demonstrating strategic vision and proactive problem-solving skills.
